lost 45 lbs what's next ?

Hello there , I have been checking this site out for a while and thanks so much for your help and information... I really do learn a lot....
I'm 27 years old male I have been HIV+ for almost 2 years and I have lost about 45 lbs.. I was 220, was in great shape working out regularly 4xweek great diet, great job, really did enjoyed my life..... well today I'm 175lbs, lost totally power at the gym, my body is shuting down... My tcells are 450 and my VL 5000..... My testasternoe Level seems ok as my doctor said, but he still does not want to help me out.... I have asked him about HGH such as saizen and others but he says I don't need it.. I have thought a lot about crossing the mexico border and get it myself.... What should I do ?

I would agree with your doctor, you don't need hormones you need to find the cause. Tired, demotivated, anxious, loosing weight....I would wonder if you might be suffering with low mood. Still your doc should also check your thyroid gland and make sure you don't have any infections like hepatitis, syphillis or stomach bugs which might be contributing to weight loss.
Don't look for panaceas, find the cause and eliminate it
