Antibody Test?

Is it true if a person is infected that eliza will always show positive until this person is unable to produce antibody and at the same time viral load test maybe undetectable? Is this why eliza is a better diagnostic tool?

In acute infection, a viral load test will be positive before an antibody test. MH
