i was reading a question someone asked you and they asked that night sweats are usually because of a high vload is that true?if so what are the symptoms for a very low vload are the symptoms for a high vl different from a low vload?

In acute HIV infection, the degree and severity of symptoms are loosely correlated with viral load levels. People with persistently high viral loads (> 50,000/ml) after seroconversion will progress more quickly and therefore develop symptoms including sweats sooner than people with persistently low viral loads. In general, in chronically infected people, there has not been a good correlation between viral load and sweats or other symptoms. There are clearly other factors that are contributing to the body's reaction to HIV infection. Fever and sweats are related to the body's ability to make certain chemicals (cytokines) like interleukin 1 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in reaction to infection. This reaction is universally found with other infections or cancer. Every person has a different reaction and level of these chemicals that are made in response to various infections. The viral load, or level of ongoing replication of HIV is related to the body's level of production of these chemicals, but is not the entire reason.
