Symptoms after 24 hours

Dear Dr.,

After less than 24 hours of a low risk exposure ( receiving unprotected oral sex from Prostitute ) I had three lymph nodes beside and behind my neck. Could this be ARS or it is too soon for that.

Appreciate your feedback because I am scared to death.

24 hours after acute HIV infection would be too early for symptoms.
