polyp in the sinus

Though I have tested negative on ELISA hiv 1&2 at 4 months after an exposure, I have developed massive sinus infections and got a polyp in the left maxillary antrum. Are sinus polyps common in early HIV.

Nasal polyps are relatively common and are not associated with acute HIV infection. MH
