Cold sore on lips an HIV symptom?

Hello, is a cold sore on your lips a symptom of HIV? I've had cold sores before in the past, especially when I am under stress (which I am now!), so this doesn't seem too unusual for me. This is the only HIV-possible symptom I am experiencing right now. Thank You.
