| Early-stage symptoms of KS? Jul 21, 1999 Over the course of the last month, I've had about ten occurrences of 'red spots' appear on my lower legs and soles of my feet. They are tiny, no larger than a pinhead, and do not itch. These spots appear in a straight line on my legs but are scattered on the soles of my feet. Typically, there is a scab that forms immediately, then the area drys out with some skin peeling off, and finally vanishes without a trace. Are these symptoms of early-stage KS or something else? I tested HIV-negative last Nov. Thanks for your response. |

Response from Dr. Holodniy
If it were KS, it would be unlikely that they would vanish. Sounds like you need to see a dermatologist. MH | |||||||||
