Are blood shot eyes a sign of hiv+?

Thank you for helping so many people. Are blood shot eyes a sign of an hiv+, I mean when the eyes become very red and the vains in the eyes start showing more?

Unlikely, and certainly not by themselves. Sounds like allergies to me. MH
