I had sex with a prostitute. I was wearing a condom. I withdrew from her for a minute or so. When I penetrated her again I heard a strange noise. She said the condom probably broke. I immediately withdrew and checked the condom. There was a rip at the tip. All this took no more than half a minute. Right now (7 weeks later) I have a mild sore throat. I was told this could just be allergies or sinus. (I usually have sinus problems). I called the CDC and they told me I wasn't at very high risk. What do you think. Is the Sore throat ARS? Thanks.
Response from Dr. Holodniy
The risk is very low, and that symptom alone would not constitute ARS. MH
