Before seroconversion
Aug 12, 1999

this may be a dumb question, but i don't think i've seen it addressed. is it possible to become infected from someone who has been exposed but not yet seroconverted (and therefore not designated HIV+)?

Response from Dr. Holodniy

Yes, although the appropriate term would be exposed, infected and prior to seroconversion. MH
