magic johnson
Jun 29, 1999

A couple of quick questions:

Why is Magic not allowed to play in the NBA?

Also, do you believe starting drug regimens less than six months after infection will allow for longer survival?

Response from Dr. Holodniy

His choice. He makes too much money with movie theaters. There are no long term outcome (survival) studies comparing starting therapy during acute infection versus waiting years, although we believe this to probably be true. MH
