DEAR DOCTOR, WHY FDA DO NOT ACCPET PCR VL TEST FOR DIAGNOSTICS, SPECIALLY IN CASER WHER THE POSIBLE DATE OF INFECTION IS EXACTLY KNOWN? ALL THE INVESTIGATIONS SAYS THAT IN THE GREAT MAJOROTY OF THE REAL INFECTION CASES THE VL IS VERY HIGH IN THE NEXT DAYS WEEKS AFTER INFECTION. YOUR OPINION IN THIS CASES?
