| Confused about Results? Aug 3, 1999 Dr Holodniy, I will get right to the point. After five months of non-stop symptoms (white tongue, joint/muscle pain, diarreha, etc.) since a possible exposure, I took two tests: a Roche Ultrasensitive RNA by PCR (ver 1.0) and a Chiron RNA by bDNA (ver 3.0). Both tests came back as "HIV-1 RNA result is less than 50 copies/ml." I then took a Roche DNA Qualitative by PCR. The result came back "not detected". What am I to think? I am very confused. What is your opinion? Thanks in advance for your expertise. (PLEASE ANSWER) Also, please note that this may be the second time that you receive this specific e-mail - I'm not sure whether the first e-mail was ever properly sent to you. If it is the second time, I am sorry. THANKS! AND GOD BLESS YOUR WORK! |
