Part of your answer to a previous question was that "cd4 fluctuations are usually larger when the absolute count is < 500." Would this apply only to hiv infected persons or anybody with large cd4 fluctuations and cd4 counts of less than 500?

Don't know. There are not alot of other diseases where we have lots of serial CD4 count data. There would be even less in people without any diseases, since there would be no reason to measure them. MH
