The reason Home Access results are taking longer is because they just moved their lab from Kansas to Chicago. However, the samples are still being sent to Kansas and then in turn are forwarded to the new lab which is causing a delay of up to a week in some cases. (I have no idea why Home Access didn't tell the drugstores to remove the kits which contained the Kansas address and replace them with newer kits containing the Chicago lab's address. It's frustrating when you pay for this service and it isn't delievered...but that's a whole different issue.) Anyway please let people know the delay has nothing to do with their test result but rather is due to poor logistics by Home Access...
