|HIV and CBC

Dear Dr, I had unprotected sex with a prostitute 4 months ago(my first time with a prostitute) and I was tested at week 6,10 and 15 all negative. However I am still having very serious and 100 real symptoms after all this time. My lungs feel congested constantly and my lips and month are sore and dry all the time. At the same time I feel dehydrated all day. All these have been going on for more than 3 months now, and they started about 2 week after the episode. I had a CBC done at week 15 and I would like an opinion on some of the readings. WBC--6.2, Neutrophils--43, Lymphocytes--45, Platelets--244 and RBC--5.17. Is the percentage of Neutrophil kind of low? Do you see a relative decrease of Neutrophils againse Lymphocytes or vice verse in HIV patients? Please advice since I can't wait for the 6 month window to pass, my lungs are killing me, I am trying to get a diagnois so I can get treatment ASAP. Thank you very much for possibly saving my life.

The CBC is normal.
