Swollen red wrinkled fingertips

Sep 9, 2018

Have been hiv+ for over 30 years. Viral load undetectable, t cells 800. Past 2 months have constant bloating and nausea. Fingertips red and wrinkled without water exposure. Excessive sweating of entire body and hands when walking. On odefsey for past 2 years. All labs normal except glucose rose from 92 to 104. Please help.

Response from Dr. Holodniy

Those are nonspecific findings, and difficult to determine what might be going on without an exam. These symptoms are unlikely to be the result of HIV infection or meds. I suggest you meet with your doctor and have him take a look.
