Rpr 1:1

Hi I was treating for syphilis a little bit more that a year ago, 3 shots of penicillin I did the test again a couple days and I have a RPR titer 1:1 My question is do I need medicine again?

You don't indicate what the RPR titer was prior to starting treatment. However, the RPR can remain positive for months to years after successful treatment.
