Hepatitis B virus DNA quantitative PCR 464 UI/ml Hepatitis B virus DNA quantitative PCR 3248 copies/ml Hepatitis B virus DNA quantitative PCR 2.66log IU/ml

what is the stage of Hepatitis?? and what should I do now?

All of those values represent the same number. That would be considered a very low HBV viral load result. Other tests may be required to determine the extent of liver involvement or whether HBV treatment is indicated at this time. I suggest you discuss this with a liver specialist.
