HIV and Psoriasis

HIV + with Normal Limit liver values. Psoriasis on my fingers so bad can't bend the fingers. Giant spots all over. Both feet swollen and red. Can't wear shoes. The Psoriasis is on both finger and toe nail beds. Dr's prescribe creams with no relief. What are some of the Latest and Best Treatments for someone with HIV and Psoriasis. I mean the Latest, The Newest, The Most Promising Treaments. Thank You

Without going in to specifics, there are many treatment options that are available, in addition to creams, which are usually steroid-based. Some doctors may be reluctant to use other medications because of HIV infection, as some treatments can be immunosuppressive or interact with certain HIV meds. You should consult with a good dermatologist who has experience in treating psoriasis in people with HIV infection or other immune disorders, as I am sure they could help you get control of the psoriasis.
