abnormal blood work

Aug 21, 2016

What does abnormal blood work mean

Response from Dr. Holodniy

An abnormal blood test result is a very nonspecific term. Abnormal could mean that some test result is out of the normal range, either too low or too high. Or it could mean something is detected that should not be there, or something is looked for that should be there and is absent.
