6 month ago my Cd4 is 900 now 600 I am very sad why?

Response from Dr. Holodniy

You don't indicate what your current HIV viral load is, whether you are on HIV treatment, and what the CD4% was at both time points. The normal range for CD4 counts is 500-1500. There is a natural variability of CD4 counts, and there are many reasons why the CD4 count can fluctuate.
