Presently I am following second Dr.
Please suggest me.
Sir, you suggest me the following,
"Your laboratory results would suggest acute HBV infection. It is possible that you will clear the infection on your own and not require HBV treatment. It is not unreasonable to wait a month or so and repeat the lab tests to see what your status is."
Now i have done LFT test results is as follows
Total Bilirubin - 0.80 Bilirubin Direct - 0.26 Total protein - 7.6 Albumin - 3.9 Globulin - 3.7 Albumin/Globulin Ratio - 1.0 SGOT - 40 SGPT - 83 Alkaline phosphatase - 83 G-Glutamyl Transferase - 21 Lactate dehydrogenase - 155
Dear sir please suggest me.

You liver function tests and enzyme levels have improved. However you don't indicate whether additional HBV testing was performed. Thus, it is difficult to interpret what is going on regarding the virus without virus specific tests.
