Good day, I have not been taking my meds for 15 days now and I am struggling with adherence due to my busy daily schedule. I am on Nevirapine. I have to take one pill in the morning and one in the evening. My cd4 is at 483 and I am scared. Please tell me the whole truth regarding this. Thank you

You don't indicate what the other HIV meds you are taking. Hopefully you have also stopped those meds as well. Although nevirapine is to be taken twice daily, there are other medications and combinations that can be taken once daily all together. You should consult with your doctor about these options, so you can continue to take your HIV meds consistently.
