Dear Dr.Holodniy, Thank you very much Sir for answering my question. One thing I probably didn't say it right was that that I had resistance testing done while starting HARRT and the result yielded No resistance found. Does this result give a comfort feeling or anything I should consult with my doctor? Thank you in advance

That is helpful information to have. That means that there are more options that can be considered when deciding on adding or changing your regimen so that you can get to undetectable.
