switch back to atripla
Jun 1, 2013
I was on atripla for three years last test were cd4 725 and vl undetectable. Then my Dr had me switch to truvada and isentress.Would it be safe to switch back to atripla since my numbers were so good. Also it really is just changing the isentress for sustiva. Thanks!

You don't indicate why the switch was made in the first place. Assuming there was no significant toxicity associated with the efavirenz portion of atripla, since the other two medicines in atripla are the same as what you are currently taking, there should be no issue about switching back to atripla.
