Antibodies forming??

May 7, 2001

Hi Doc. My question is If you had Ars after 16 days of exposure would you have more chance of forming anibodies than someone who got ARS after say 4 weeks/ I ask this as i still have symptoms after 3 months and just recieved a neg result after 3months. I will go again at 6 months but because of early ars shouldnt my antibodies have formed quicker than a non ars sufferer. I hope this makes scence DR. Have a nice day/evening.

Response from Dr. Holodniy

Development of symptoms at 15 days or 4 weeks does not predict when antibodies develop.
