Garlic,Ginger and Retoviral meds Feb 10, 2013 Hi Doc,my question is can taking garlic an 1r or 2 before my meds have a negative effect on my meds and me?I have on d'meds for almost 7yrs,wt an undetectable viral load n'good CD4 count. |

 I don't think this should be a problem. Although the interaction of garlic and ginger with HIV meds has not been thoroughly studied, it sounds like you have been doing very well, and so, there is unlikely to be any problem. | ||||||||
