HIV abs/ wb Western blot interp: Result: indeterminate

P31 ab. Absent P24 ab. Present abnormal P18 ab. Absent All other bands absent..... Please tell me this all means negative?

My first marriage and I have been together for 9 months married in May/2012 he did a HIV test in sept 2012 outcome negative we got pregnant in August 2012 miscarried in sept 2012 so just took a physical and blood work so we can start trying again he's been my only sex partner since february 17 2012 both negative on all std testing as well I have three kids before we met ages 9,6,2 and he has one child age 11 but none together ye

The tests need to be repeated, as they are not conclusive and further HIV viral load testing may be necessary.

Is necessary Profilaxis for TB? I don't have it but dr says for prevention
CD4 15, WBC 2.5. Is the end near?
