if i take two 400mg of prezista along with travada and novir.and i run out of 400mg of prezista,can i take one 600mg plus a half of 400mg?

That's probably OK for the short term, as long as you are taking the norvir along with the prezista. But you should get on track and get a refill on your 400mg ones.
