what medicine should i take to increase CD4

Oct 14, 2012

I just received my lab test and my CD4 is 400, CD3 is 2690. The doctor said unless my CD4 is 350 before i can start taking medicine but im scared and need medicine for the mean time to keep my CD4 higher.

Response from Dr. Holodniy

Current guidelines in developed countries have changed and now recommend that HIV treatment should be given to anyone who is HIV infected, regardless of the CD4 count.
