Dear dr i had an appointment with my anal dysplasia dr on 9/18/12 she view my anal n she saw my lesion like more advanced. i was on aldara but she says aldara is not working. she also told me that i have a chance n high risk of turning into cancer. is there any other treatment available she can use to stop the progression of anal cancer. please reply me as soon as u read my question. she says i have 95% that wont turn into cancer n 5% that it will.

Your doctor is correct about the prognosis percentages. There are other treatments that could be tried, including local laser treatment or surgery. I suggest you speak to her about what the options are and whether any additional treatment types are appropriate for your specific condition.
