started treatment6-19-12wtha viral load of692,000ml and f-2 on liver biopsy.i had had major allergic reaction to ribvenal/pegetron treatment 1 month into treatment had to stop.doctor ordered 1 last viral load test the result was;(conclusion hcv rna detected. less than 43 I/Uml).Next line says;LIMITATIONS-(rOCHE COBAS AmpliPrep/cobas taqman hcv test performed,Quantitative range is 43-69,000,000I/Uml.FINAL report. what does this mean and what do i do now. i cant go back on rib/peg. treatment due to my organs were shutting down while i was on treatment?

It means you had a very good response to HCV treatment, but the virus is still detectable, although below the quantitative range. If you truly cannot go back to ribavirin and interferon, then you will likely have to wait for new drugs to make it through the pipeline and be approved for HCV treatment.
