| CD4 drop. A cause for concern? Sep 9, 2012 Hi: I've been positive since 2009 and until recently my levels have been good with an undetectable viral load and cd4 counts in the 600's. In March I saw a blip of my viral load at 70 with my cd4 at 622. In June my viral load dropped to 60, but my cd4 also dropped to 370. I know my next test results will give a better indication of what's going on, but my anxiety until then is why I'm asking. Is this something I should be worried about? I started a stressful new job in mid May, but could that have anything to do with it? Thank you |

I understand your concern. However, even with that viral load blip, I am not concerned about the CD4 count change, particularly if your CD4% has not changed. | |||||||||
