CD4 vs Viral Load

My viral load is 30,600 and my CD4 count is 763. I'm not on meds. my VL was 8000 three months ago and my CD4 was 745. what's going on with me?

Most likely nothing has happened. That is no real significant difference in CD4 counts and the difference in viral load could just be the result of assay variability.
