hello found out i was HVI+ in 2007, never taken meds, CD4 count at last labs was 845 vl 919 but have elevated CD8 count. what does this men? should i be worried

Your CD4 count is in the normal range and your viral load is very low. This is all good news and I don't think you need HIV meds at this point.
