hiv hepetitis and viral load

my brother has hiv the dr's say that it is a very low level of hiv he has had diariha for a month and is so skinny his medication is sparatic because he is homeless and transportation is not availiable without money the drs are over 20 miles away. do hiv patients accuire hepetitis for sure his last viral test resulted in the numbers that looked like this 465,472 or something similar

Yes, HIV infected people can acquire either hepatitis B and/or C virus, and be infected with one or all three viruses.
