 I assume you are taking about HCV viral load. There is not an exact correlation between viral load level and chance of liver dysfunction. However, the higher the viral load (say > 5 million) and the longer infection has been present the more likely the liver has become damaged. There may be no symptoms and the degree of damage may only be found by scanning the liver or obtaining a biopsy to look for damage. | ||||||||
