my last blood test of HBV as IU/mL 344960 Unit: IU/mL HBV as Copies/mL 2007600 Unit: Copies/mL And after 6 months i did another one is HBV as IU/mL 1044950 Unit: IU/mL HBV as Copies/mL 6081600 Unit: Copies/mL Could you explain for me am i in dangerous or need treatment immediately

That viral level is about average for HBV infection, and those levels are not significantly different although it appears to be so. Those levels clearly indicate treatment would be indicated. There is likely no urgency to start treatment. However, I suggest you consult with a liver specialist as other tests need to be done to assess whether there has been any damage to your liver or not.
