I am aware about the incubation period of viral flu but when is it possible to get a fair picture ,in the Complete Blood Count ,of having contracted this seasonal infection from somebody? Thanks,

There can be reductions in white blood cell count with influenza infection, but this would never be a good proxy for the diagnosis of influenza infection and requires specific viral testing, as the finding of decreased white blood cells is too nonspecific.
