Doctor, un paciente con VIH que aun no inicia tratamiento puede realizarse una cirugia estetica? En este caso es una Ginecomastia. Agradezco su amable atencion.

Buenas noches,

Ni la presencia del virus ni el hecho que no se ha iniciado tratamiento debería influye en la viabilidad de realizarse esta cirugía, que se lleva al cabo típicamente con anestesia local en el consultorio del cirujano. Como siempre, este paciente debe relevar todos los detalles del estatus actual de su salud al cirujano antes de la operación. Nunca es aconsejable realizarse una operación con un cirujano ciego, ¿de acuerdo?
