my viral load count is just over 100001 and my cd4 count is 575 is thia ok and can i increase my cd4 count naturaly, i am only newly diagnosed within last 4 weeks

Your CD4 count is in the normal range (500-1500), but your viral load being over 100,000 is on the high side. There isn't a lot of things that can increase your CD4 count naturally. HIV treatment is the primary option. From a CD4 count perspective, you can afford to wait on starting HIV treatment. If on repeat testing your viral load remains above 100,000, many experts would suggest starting HIV treatment even with a normal CD4 count.
