how to avoid starting taking meds and keep a high CD4 level

hello, I.m 32 years old and I discovered my HIV+ status 1 years ago . My latest analyses shows a CD4 level 460 and viral load 49.000 . My therapist sugested to take ISOPRINOSIL in order to maintein a high CD4 level. What else can I do in order to avoid starting HIV treatement?
