dr i was diagnosed in dec with hiv i dont know how long i was infected my ct4is 312 i have not started treatment yet. i do have an appt. on dec 20 in your opinion do i have time to recover with the proper meds

Yes you do have time to recover your CD4 count, but you will need HIV treatment to do it.
