Labs are good-undetectable,CD4 631,ALP mildlay elevated 157-norm is between 20 and 110. This enzyme has been high since I was diagnosed which was 4 years ago. I feel fine. Once I was tested for a protein GG--which has not changed since diagnosis. This is the only one of the enzymes that is abnormal. My doctor wants to start with a Vitamin test and then proceed forward. I had a vitamin D test done last March and my results were above average working toward toward ideal. I s this enzyme anything to be concerned about. Would eating a lot of fish such as salmon, mackerel, oysters,or taking a spoonfool of cod liver oil help. I am a post-menopausal Irish female.

Very likely nothing to be concerned about, and unlikely to be caused by Atripla.
