Dramatically fall of CD4 Dec 19, 2010 Hello doctor, I was diagnosed in June 2010. My first labs in 7/2010 was CD4- 1309,viral load 6970 second labs in 10/2010 was CD4- 1030,viral load 5920. My question is if its usual such a dramatical fall of CD4 {300 CD4} within 3 month if I have quiete low viral load? |

 No. Both of those CD4 counts are in the normal range and the CD4 count can jump around for a variety of reasons (time of day, stress, immunizations, other medical conditions, among others). So I would not be concerned. | ||||||||
