Response from Dr. Holodniy

A CD4 countof 276 means the virus has done some significant damage to your immmune system. The good news is that starting HIV treatment will result in controlling the virus and your CD4 count and immune system will improve dramatically. HIV treatment is the key to increasing your CD4 count.
