anal fistula with hiv Jun 20, 2010 Hi i am an hiv positive female who just had surgery for a severe anal abscess. now i am told i also have a fissure and a fistula. at this time am waiting to have the fistula surgery within a few weekss. in the mean time i am bleeding from my rectum its a good ammount of blood. is this normal and should i be worried about colon cancer even though i am only 29 years old. colon cancer does run in my family also. any information you could give me would be great. |
