HIV very low CD4 Count it is 8

what does it indicate 8 indicate for the life expectency etc...please drop a light if not minding it? thanks in upfront.

Without HIV treatment one would be at serious risk for death and/or development of opportunistic infections. With HIV treatment and a subsequent increase in CD4 count, many years of good quality life could be expected.
