helllo Dr I've been taken hiv meds for about 2years and 5days now cd4 290 vl undetectable main while i started with low cd4 of 20 and vl of 1million been adherance with the combo with out missing any dose.without wasting words my weight is gaining more and more my combo is sustiva and truvada,then anxiety meds is lexapro,tranxene ,haloperidol)i want to know why i'm gaining too much weight my age is 35 while my hight is 173 people look at me saying you're big what's is the problem ,perhaps i could not do exercise due to the anxiety disoder,then try to change combo but in thailand they have not yet use isentress which i prefer now instead of PI .and i need some can go once at the bedtime .so what do you think your advice need .

You don't indicate how much weight you have gained and over what time frame. Although it is possible that your HIV meds might be contributing to weight gain, your mental meds, depression or other medical conditions ( like low thyroid function) could also be contributing to your condition.
